To gather debug TMFDE information using the MATraceConsole tool:

  1. Copy the tool "MATraceConsole.exe" to the machine where TMFDE is installed.
  2. Launch the MATraceConsole.exe.

  3. Enable Save to output file then provide the path and filename of log.

  4. Reproduce the steps to replicate the issue. The MATraceCosole tool will collect the log information from TMFDE client.

  5. Send the log file back to Trend Micro Support Team.
