Additional Requirement:

  • Create a top group if the new server does not have any top group.
  • Allow the new admin to install device to a group (Except the enterprise group).
 

To use the SupportTool, follow these steps:

  1. Copy the SupportTool.exe to the FDE agent installation folder.

    For example:
    C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Full Disk Encryption\

  2. Open a command prompt then execute the SupportTool.exe using the syntax for the action that you need:

    SupportTool.exe [EULA=Accept|Read] -Action <mandatory argument> [optional argument]

    EndUser License Agreement may be optionally specified with EULA=Accept. To review the license agreement, use EULA=Read.

Username and Password may be encrypted values using CommandLineHelper.exe to generate values and eusername= or epassword= for the argument name.

 
Always specify a group administrator for the new policy server when changing enterprises. It is important not to specify an enterprise administrator for the new policy server.
