This occurs because the DSVA inherits the known issue of the previous version.

To refresh the Secondary DNS field:

1. Deploy the DSVA. DSVA 9.5.2 Build 2022 or earlier is installed and the IP settings are configured with issue.
2. Activate the DSVA.
   1. Right-click DSVA and select Action.
   2. Click Activate Appliance. DSVA is now upgraded to version 9.6.

      

3. Reactivate the DSVA.
   1. Right-click DSVA and select Action.
   2. Click Deactivate Appliance.

      

   3. Activate the DSVA again. The IP settings are properly re-configured, but the DSVA console still shows an empty field for secondary field.
4. Restart the DSVA. It will reload the correct IP settings and the console will now show the secondary DNS.
