Trend Micro has released the following solution to address the issue:

Vulnerability Details

This update resolves some vulnerabilities in Trend Micro Virtual Mobile Infrastructure in which a remote attacker could attain code execution, elevated privileges, or directory traversal abilities.

Customers are highly encouraged to update to the latest build as soon as possible.

Mitigating Factors

Remote code execution generally requires that an attack has access (physical or remote) to a vulnerable machine. Customers are advised to update to the latest patches and review access to critical systems to ensure policies and perimeter security are up to date.

These vulnerabilities require authentication on the web administration panel.

However, even though an exploit may require several specific conditions to be met, Trend Micro strongly encourages customers to update to the latest build as soon as possible.
