To switch to Security Scan-only mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the TMMS Admin web console.
  2. On the menu bar, click Administration > Communication Server Settings.
  3. Apply the settings/values below:
    • Communication Server: Local Communication Server
    • External Domain name or IP Address: 10.64.66.124
    • Communication Server Name or IP Address: 10.64.66.124

  4. Go to Administration > Deployment Settings.
  5. Under the Server tab, tick Security Scan, then select AirWatch as the MDM Solution.
  6. Under the Register Service section, configure the following AirWatch settings:

  7. Click Verify Settings to make sure the TMMS can connect to the AirWatch server.
  8. Under Data Synchronization Settings section, configure the following:
    • Security Category Prefix
       
      The Security Category Prefix will be added while TMMS create Smart Groups and App Groups (e.g.XXXX_Malware_App_Android).

  4. Go to Administration > Deployment Settings.
  5. Under the Server tab, tick Security Scan, then select MobileIron as the MDM Solution.
  6. Under the Service Registration section, provide the following values by following the corresponding tips:
    • API URL
    • Account Name
    • Password

  7. Click Verify Settings to make sure the TMMS can connect to the MobileIron server.
  8. Under Data Synchronization Settings section, configure the following:
    • Security Category Prefix

To switch to Security Scan-only mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Remove all of the iOS agents from the MDM server.
  2. From the web console, go to Administration > Deployment Mode, then choose Security Scan.

  3. Do either of the following:
    • For Android devices, do the following:
      1. Click Save to change the deployment mode to Security Scan only.
      2. Under the Deployment Settings page, go to the Android Agenttab.

      3. Choose the applicable settings. Below is the comparison table:

        Google PlayThe device user needs to manually enroll the agent to the TMMS server. However, the agent can be updated automatically.
        TMMS serverThe device user can download from the TMMS server manually.
        Auto EnrollmentThe device user can auto-enroll the agent to the TMMS server but needs to download it from the TMMS server manually. The APK file is customized, which contains the Server IP and port.
      4. For iOS Devices:

        As of TMMS 9.8, iOS device enrollment is no longer supported.
