Views:

To change the log level to "DEBUG":

  1. Log in to the AC Server machine.
  2. Double-click TMACServerServicew.exe found in %ProgramFiles%\Trend Micro\Endpoint Application Control\AcServer\bin folder.

  3. Go to Logging tab and change the level to "DEBUG".

  4. Click Apply to save the new settings.
  5. Go back to General tab and click Stop/Start to begin logging of service events.

  6. Go to %ProgramFiles%\Trend Micro\Endpoint Application Control\AcServer\logs and collect the following:
    • commons-daemon.YYYY-MM-DD.log
    • tmacserverservice-stderr.YYYY-MM-DD.log
    • catalina.YYYY-MM-DD.log
  7. Repeat Step 3 to change the log Level back to "Information".
  8. Contact Trend Micro Technical Support and submit the collected logs for analysis.
