To resolve this issue, delete the following registry key if it contains only the value "EstimatedSize" (and Default):
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\(WOW6432Node)\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{F0A4A1D0-489D-4F93-BF56-7F9F865ACDE0}].

If there are other values inside the registry key, properly uninstall the agent through the Control Panel.
Endpoint Encryption 6.0
You are unable to install the agent for Encryption Management for Microsoft BitLocker withiout getting an error message. Debug logs show the following:
2017 07/14 00:38:07 [2870 : 0001] (00) (D) [TMFDEInstall_MB.exe][Server] Upgrade error: unable to detect version. - [(0)]
The installer detects Encryption Management for Microsoft BitLocker as installed because there is a registry key remnant from a previous installation. The registry key "EstimatedSize" remains after uninstalling. Microsoft has fixed this in Windows 10 RS1.
