The following error message appears in the Apex One or Apex Central web console:

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error (Error Code 0xffffffff)
The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

You receive the following error when you run the following command:

1. For Apex One: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\PLM\PHP> php -v
2. For Apex Central: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Control Manager\PHP> php -v

PHP Warning: 'vcruntime140.dll' 14.0 is not compatible with this PHP build linked with 14.16 in Unknown on line 0

When checking C:\ApexCentral_Installation\ApexCentral_Installation_Logs_<timestamp>\ApexCentral_<timestamp>_###_ApexCentralMSI.log, you will see the following error:
