Perform the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the error:
- On the OSCE server, re-pack newp*.zip:
- Stop OfficeScan Master Service.
- On the OSCE server, rename "newp*.zip" to "newp*.zip.bak" in ..\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Download.
- Open cmd.exe as Administrator and navigate to PCCSRV\Web\Service\.
- Type the command: "ofchotfix.exe 2 -1" and wait for ofchotfix.exe to execute completely.
- Type the command: "ofchotfix.exe 6 -1" and wait for ofchotfix.exe to execute completely.
- Start OfficeScan Master Service.
- Manually remove the OSCE agent from the computer where remote installation failed.
- Re-do the remote installation on that machine.
