Synchronizing Active Directory users to the Deep Security Manager is not supported. It is a known issue on the Deep Security Manager user interface. You can only add group users to the Deep Security Manager. However, it is already enhanced and resolved in Deep Security 10.0 and above.

As a workaround:

1. Create an Active Directory group.
2. Assign users to the group, who want to sync to the Deep Security Manager.
3. In the Deep Security Manager console, filter the list to "(objectClass=group)" to show all the groups.

   

4. Select the group you created and choose Sync as Users for the DSM_User, and then click Next.

   

5. Check the detected group members and sync to the Deep Security Manager.
