To resolve this issue, make sure that the language of the SQL account used by TMCM/Apex Central™ is English.

For example, the German SQL can be configured by doing the following:

  1. Open the SQL Management Studio.
  2. Go to Security > Logins.
  3. Right-click the SQL account used by TMCM to log in, then click Properties.
  4. In the General tab, set the Default Language to English.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart the TMCM Service and Trend Micro Management Infrastructure Service.
 
For other languages, the settings should be adjusted accordingly.
