Impact on service
There will be two (2) hours downtime during the maintenance period. The following internal and external services will not be available during this time:
- Customers will not be able to access Customer Licensing Portal (CLP).
- Partners will not be able to access Licensing Management Platform (LMP).
- Partners will not be able to access the Licensing Management Platform (LMP) API and Marketplace using AppDirect or Odin platforms.
- Create customer will not work in Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM).
- Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM) BP registration will not be accessible.
- Create Co-Administrator account will not work in Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC).
- Create Account will not work in Trend Micro TippingPoint Threat Management Center (TMC).
- Customers will not be able to access Core Web Team (CWT) trial form.
