To change the URL, modify the settings from the ofcserver.ini file.
Incorrect changes in this file may cause the agent to lose its connection to the WRS or FRS server.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Private\.
- Back up the ofcserver.ini file before editing it.
- Search and edit the following section:

LWCS_HTTP_URL=http://[replace this with the friendly name of the Apex One server]:8080/ - Save and close the ofcserver.ini file.
- Log in to the Apex One web console.
- Navigate to Agents > Global Agents Settings.
- Scroll down and click Save. This will automatically notify the agents that it has new settings.
- Observe and monitor for a couple of days until all the agents show the new friendly name under WRS and FRS columns on the agent management console.
