To change the URL, modify the settings from the ofcserver.ini file.

 
Incorrect changes in this file may cause the agent to lose its connection to the WRS or FRS server.
 
  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Private\.
  2. Back up the ofcserver.ini file before editing it.
  3. Search and edit the following section:

    [TMCSS]
    WSS_INSTALL=1
    WSS_ENABLE=1
    WSS_URL=https://[replace this with the friendly name of the Apex One server]:4343/tmcss/
    WSS_HTTP_URL=http://[replace this with the friendly name of the Apex One server]:8080/tmcss/
    WSS_INTERNAL_QUERY_MODE=1

    [LWCS]
    LWCS_INSTALL=1
    LWCS_ENABLE=1
    LWCS_HTTP_PORT=8080
    LWCS_HTTP_URL=http://[replace this with the friendly name of the Apex One server]:8080/

  4. Save and close the ofcserver.ini file.
  5. Log in to the Apex One web console.
  6. Navigate to Agents > Global Agents Settings.
  7. Scroll down and click Save. This will automatically notify the agents that it has new settings.
  8. Observe and monitor for a couple of days until all the agents show the new friendly name under WRS and FRS columns on the agent management console.
