To resolve the issue, apply exclusions for the following files under Global Settings.

For WFBS On-Premise

  1. Log in to Worry-Free Business Security web console.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Global Settings.
  3. Select the Exceptions tab.
  4. Under Process Exception List, add these entries:
    • teamviewer.exe
    • tv_x64.exe
    • tv_w32.exe
    • teamviewer_service.exe
    • teamviewer_desktop.exe
  5. Click Save.
  6. Manually update the security agents and try to run again the TeamViewer.

For WFBS-SVC

  1. Log in to the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.
  2. Navigate to Policies > Global Exception Lists.
  3. Under Web Reputation / URL Filtering, click Allowed Process List.
  4. Click +Add, then add the entries below:
    • teamviewer.exe
    • tv_x64.exe
    • tv_w32.exe
    • teamviewer_service.exe
    • teamviewer_desktop.exe
  5. Click Add, and then click Save.
  6. Manually update the Security agents and try to run the TeamViewer application.
