Follow these steps:
- Log in to your MySupport Account.
- Click your account and select Dashboard.
- Go to the Case List section to view the cases that you submitted.

- Select the case you want to upload an attachment to.
- Under the Case detail section, click Add attachment. This will give you the option to submit files.

- Click Add and search for the file that you want to submit, then click Post.

- Once done, it will be listed under File Attachment.
