To use incognito mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the Chrome Menu button (three-dot icon), located in the top-right section.
  3. Click New incognito window.
  4. Using the incognito window, log on to Apex Central as a Service and SSO again.

To clear the cookies in Google Chrome, do the following:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the Chrome Menu button (three-dot icon), located in the top-right section.
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose the time range that you prefer. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Tick the following items:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  6. Click the Clear data button.
  7. Log on to Apex Central as a Service and do SSO again.
