There are two ways to resolve this issue. See the details below:
To use incognito mode, follow the steps below:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Chrome Menu button (three-dot icon), located in the top-right section.
- Click New incognito window.
- Using the incognito window, log on to Apex Central as a Service and SSO again.

To clear the cookies in Google Chrome, do the following:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Chrome Menu button (three-dot icon), located in the top-right section.
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Choose the time range that you prefer. To delete everything, select All time.
- Tick the following items:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click the Clear data button.
- Log on to Apex Central as a Service and do SSO again.
