To switch from Co-Exist to Full Feature:

For on-premise Apex One, the Apex One Server must be registered to Apex Central Sever.

Log in to Apex One or Apex Central Console.
Go to Policies > Policy Management.
Click on Create a new policy.
Type in the Policy Name.
In the Privileges and Other Settings section, tick the box for “Permanently convert OfficeScan agents using coexist mode into fully-functional OfficeScan agents”.

Upon installing Co-Exist Apex One Agents, only limited features are available so you want to switch to Full Feature Apex One Agents.

To switch from Co-Exist to Full Feature:
