Workaround 1: Manually add the ESXi version entry

  1. Log on to the vCenter web console and access Networking & Security.
  2. Navigate to Service Definition > Trend Micro Deep Security.
  3. Click the Deployment tab.
  4. Add the ESXi version entry that you installed (e.g. 6.*), and provide the same OVF URL information similar to the other entries.

  5. Save the changes.
  6. Re-deploy the package.

Workaround 2: Trigger a vCenter sync from Deep Security Manager console

  1. Log on to the Trend Micro Deep Security Manager console.
  2. Right-click the vCenter entry and select Synchronize Now to trigger a force sync. It will update the current ESXi version to NSX deployment section.

  3. Re-deploy the package.

If you encounter a failed status after the deployment, check this article "Service Trend Micro Deep Security will need to be redeployed..." alarm shows on NSX manager.
