Summary
After installing Patch 3, you are unable to access Global Trusted URLs or any policies using the InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance (IWSVA) web console.
The catalina.out file shows the following error message when loading the list of Global Trusted URLs:

After installing Patch 3, a line similar to the following was added to the configuration file trustedURLs.ini for an unknown reason.
@xn--xn--xn--xn--[...]xn--->-->-->0
To resolve the issue, replace the /var/iwss/trustedURLs.ini file with a default copy. If the page is diplayed empty, repair the corrupted trustedURLs.ini by removing the line mentioned above.
The Global Trusted URLs should now display in the web console.
