For older versions of TMEE, the administrator needs to turn off the Microsoft Bitlocker before installing Encryption Management for Microsoft Bitlocker.
In the release of TMEE 6.0 Patch 1, Encryption Management for Microsoft BitLocker can now be installed without disabling Microsoft BitLocker.
