This issue can happen if the monitor.ini file is missing. Check if the file exists in the /var/tmcss/conf directory.

If the file is missing, do the following steps:

  1. Login to SPS via ssh and log on as root
  2. Run the following command simultaneously:
    touch /var/tmcss/conf/monitor.ini
    chown webserv:webserv /var/tmcss/conf/monitor.ini
    /usr/tmcss/bin/status_check.sh ALL
  3. Check the console if the issue still persists.

If the monitor.ini file is present on the /var/tmcss/conf directory, or if the issue persists, get additional assistance by contacting Trend Micro Technical Support.
