This issue can happen if the monitor.ini file is missing. Check if the file exists in the /var/tmcss/conf directory.
If the file is missing, do the following steps:
- Login to SPS via ssh and log on as root
- Run the following command simultaneously:
touch /var/tmcss/conf/monitor.ini
chown webserv:webserv /var/tmcss/conf/monitor.ini
/usr/tmcss/bin/status_check.sh ALL - Check the console if the issue still persists.
