This article describes the enrollment process and behavior of TMMS for iOS Devices starting iOS 14.x.
To enroll TMMS agent:
- Prepare the Apple device, and then install the TMMS security agent from App Store.
- Tap to open the TMMS security agent app.
- TMMS agent would prompt to allow the use of Location. Click Allow while Using App.

- Allow TMMS agent to send notifications on the IOS devices.

- Once shown, read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure, and then swipe to the right to start using the app.

- Scan the QR code or manually enter the key to enroll the device. The device will automatically open a link in a browser.
- Tap Allow once the browser shows a pop-up message requesting to download and install profile(s), including CA and enrollment profile.

- Go to the Settings > General > Profile, then click Install on the top right of the screen:.

It would indicate a warning if the TMMS certificate being used is Self-signed. It is also possible to use your company's 3rd party SSL Certificate.

- Once done, the details of the downloaded MDM Profile will be shown.

The Signed status will show "Signed" if a 3rd-party SSL Certificate is used. - Go back to the Home screen, open ENT Security App, and then confirm the connection status on the lower left side of the screen.

- Verify that the TMMS security agent has been enrolled successfully on the server console.
