Before creating the golden image, the existing agent GUID must be deleted first. Do the steps below:

1. Open the Command prompt, and navigate to the Safe Lock agent installation directory using the following command:

   cd "C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Safe Lock"

2. Stop the Safe Lock Service using the following command:

   slcmd.exe -p {Agent Password} stop service

3. Open the Registry Editor.
    

   Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.

    
4. Navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\SafeLock\2\WKSrv\ManagedMode\Agent.
5. Delete the entry for GUID, and then close the Registry Editor.
6. Go to \<SafeLock install folder>\, and delete the following:
   • wkclevent.db
   • \McAgnt\msgstore folder
   • \McAgnt\mslstore folder
7. Proceed in creating a golden image.
