To add VLAN sub-interface:

  1. On the Cloud Edge Cloud Console, go to Gateways.

  3. Click the VLAN Add Configuration icon in the Action Column.
  4. On the Add/Edit VLAN window, provide the VLAN name.

  5. Specify the VLAN ID that matches the VLAN ID of the packets received by this VLAN sub-interface. Note that VLAN ID cannot be changed on an existing VLAN sub-interface.
  6. Choose the VLAN sub-interface mode. For WAN1 and LAN1 ports, the VLAN sub-interface can be configured to "DHCP" or "Static" mode. For LAN2, LAN3, and MGMT ports, the VLAN sub-interface is only "Static" mode.
  7. Configure IPv4 Address and subnet mask. IPv4 address will serve as the default gateway of the workstation on the VLAN.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Deploy All to send the configuration to the Cloud Edge device.

    Deploy All

Once VLAN sub-interfaces are created on Cloud Edge Console for each VLAN, set the default gateway of the machine on each VLAN to the IP assigned on the VLAN sub-interface.

Verify the configuration

Users that belong to VLAN 100 should be able to reach users on VLAN 200, and vice versa.
