Enable Anonymous Authentication on the OfficeScan server to resolve the issue:

  1. Select the OfficeScan website under Sites in IIS.
  2. Select "Features View" on the lower part of the window.
  3. Double-click Authentication.
  4. Right-click Anonymous Authentication and select "Edit".
  5. Select "Specific user" and then click on the Set button.
  6. Type in the administrator username and password, then confirm the password in the text boxes.
  7. Click Ok.
  8. Restart World Wide Web Publishing and Officescan Master Service.
