ISO Image File
- Sign in to the Business Support Portal and click License under License & Service menu in the left pane.
- Locate product license and click the download icon.
- ISO images will be listed, click Download.
Hot Fix File
For DDI, if you use DDI 6.5 Patch 1 or higher version and connect your DDI to Trend Vision One, you can apply the latest hot fix to DDI from Network Inventory in Trend Vision One. For the details, refer to the Trend Vision One Online Help article, Appliance Plans. If you do not use Trend Vision One, or if you use other Deep Discovery products, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to get a hot fix file.
