- Sign in to the Business Support Portal and click License under License & Service menu in the left pane.
- Locate product license and click the download icon.
- ISO images will be listed, click Download.

Hot Fix File
For Deep Discovery Inspector, if you use Deep Discovery Inspector 6.5 Patch 1 or higher version and connect your Deep Discovery Inspector to TrendAI Vision One™, you can apply the latest hot fix to Deep Discovery Inspector from Network Inventory in TrendAI Vision One. For the details, refer to the TrendAI Vision One Online Help article, Appliance Plans. If you do not use TrendAI Vision One, or if you use other Deep Discovery products, contact TrendAI™ Technical Support to get a hot fix file.
