When launching a new provision of Apex One as a Service, it will prompt for the Timezone and Language configuration.
Languages
Depending on provision data center locations, you may see different languages:

You can choose the preferred setting in this step.

Make sure to select the correct Language and Timezone. Once it has been specified, it cannot be changed anymore.
