Impact on Service

  • There will be three (3) hours of downtime during the maintenance period and customers/partners will encounter the following:
    • Unable to log in to the Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM) console and the maintenance page will be displayed
    • Users who are already logged in to the console will be logged out when they hit refresh or click on any tabs from the console, and will be redirected to the maintenance page
  • Scheduling tasks such as reporting & notification will still be available during the maintenance period
 
Other services such as the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP), Licensing Management Platform (LMP), and Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) will not be affected during this maintenance period.
