Block

Client gets the 403-message with the reason (Blocked URL category or low WR Score)

Time Limit

Users are given a certain amount of time each day to access sites in time limited (typically, non-work-related) URL categories; access is blocked when the user has consumed the time limit (quota)

Block w/ Override

The user gets a prompt to enter an override password that unblocks the category for a fixed period of time for the users to whom the policy applies

Warn

The user gets a page that presents the option to go back to the previous page or continue to access the requested page

Monitor

Monitor and log the request
