- Trend Micro will continue to handle OfficeScan XG non-SP1 support calls but will only be able to release Hot fix or Critical patches for OfficeScan XG SP1 install base from July 1, 2020 onwards.
- For upcoming Windows Update (20H1) support (expected around June), Trend Micro will only release Apex One and OfficeScan XG SP1 based patches.
- Regular pattern updates will continue for both OfficeScan XG and OfficeScan XG SP1.
Customers are encouraged to upgrade to Apex One or OfficeScan XG SP1 to avail of latest fixes and product enhancements.
