The URL Click Tracking window enables you to monitor the URL clicks where Trend Micro Email Security provides Time-of-Click Protection.

After a query is performed, TMEMS provides a list of log records that satisfy the criteria. If there is an email received with a URL and customer clicks through it for the first time, the URL Click Tracking Log will show the full details.

By design, TMEMS only keeps URL click tracking log information up to 30 days, including the Sender, Recipient, and Message ID. If the users re-open the same email after 30 days and click the URL again, it will be logged in the TMEMS URL Click Tracking Logs but it will show null values for Sender, Recipients, and Message ID columns since the details of the emails have been deleted already. Only the re-written URL can be seen.
