To add DLP exceptions:

1. Go to the file directory:
   • For OfficeScan: ..\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Private
   • For Apex One: ..\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Private
2. Back up DLP_Exception.ini.
3. Open the working DLP_Exception.ini and add the following strings under [Whitelist]:

   Dropbox

4. Log into the Apex One or OfficeScan web console.
5. Go to Agents > Data Loss Prevention > DLP Templates.
6. Create a new template with the name “AAA” then click Save.
7. On the DLP Templates page, click Apply to All Agents.

   Client machines would need to be rebooted for the changes to take effect.
