To change the action of the DKIM, do the following:

  1. Login to the Trend Micro Email Security web console.
  2. Go to Inbound Protection > Domainbased Authentication > DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Verification.

  3. Select the Domain Name to be changed.
  4. Do the following changes:
    1. Enable DKIM Verification
    2. Enable ‘Insert an Xheader into email messages’
    3. Select ‘Do not intercept messages’
    4. Save.
