To resolve this, check the agent version if it is covered by the issue and upgrade the agent to Deep Security version 20 to have the fix applied.

  1. Check if your agent version is 12.5.0.1033.
  2. Check if Anti-Malware is enabled on the agent.
  3. If the agent version is 12.5.0.133 and Anti-Malware is enabled, upgrade the agent to version 20.0.0.877 and above.
