To solve the issue:

  1. From the affected machine, open Services (services.msc).
  2. Stop the Trend Micro Deep Security Agent service. Agent self-protection may need to be temporarily turned off initially.
    1. Navigate to Computer > (Affected Agent) > Settings > General tab.

    2. Stop Trend Micro Deep Security Agent Service.

  3. Go to the folder C:\ProgramData\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent\li\ and delete the lca.db file.

  4. Go to the services.msc and start the Trend Micro Deep Security Agent service.

  5. Go to the Deep Security Manager console and look for the affected machine.
  6. Do a clear warning error and check status.
  7. Enable Log Inspection feature again.
