To solve the issue:
- From the affected machine, open Services (services.msc).
- Stop the Trend Micro Deep Security Agent service. Agent self-protection may need to be temporarily turned off initially.
- Go to the folder C:\ProgramData\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent\li\ and delete the lca.db file.

- Go to the services.msc and start the Trend Micro Deep Security Agent service.

- Go to the Deep Security Manager console and look for the affected machine.
- Do a clear warning error and check status.
- Enable Log Inspection feature again.
