This issue happens if the browser checks the CRL (certificate revocation list) of the certificate being used, in this case the InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance's default certificate.
By design, InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance's default generated certificate has no CRL. Hence, when a browser performs certification checking, the browser does not allow the request to perform on the website.

The client cannot access HTTPS websites when HTTPS decryption is enabled and displays the following error message:
