Configure Approved/Blocked Sender List:

  1. Login to the Cloud App Security web console.
  2. Go to Advanced Threat Protection.
  3. From the Current organization drop-down list, select the organization you need to create policies for, and click Add.
  4. Select the policy to create based on the application or service.

    You can create policies for the applications and services that have been provisioned.

  5. Go to Approved/Blocked Sender List.
  6. Select Enable the approved sender list.
  7. Specify a sending email address or domain to bypass Advanced Spam Protection scanning and click Add >.
     
    You can use the wildcard character (*) to represent any characters in the email address or domain name. Examples: *@example.com, name@*.com, *@*.example.com
    The following formats are invalid: *@*, *
     
  8. Optionally, click Import to import sender email addresses in batches.
  9. Select Enable the blocked sender list.
  10. Specify a sending email address or domain to apply actions on messages directly, and click Add >.

  11. Optionally, click Import to import sender email addresses in batches.
  12. Click Save.

Approved/Blocked Sender List Limitation

By design, the maximum number of Approved/Blocked Sender you can input in the list is 1024 items.
