Follow these steps:

  1. Create a Policy that makes use of an Address Group containing a "list of domains" you want to block/quarantine. You can list the domains in this sample format in a notepad:

  2. Import this to an "Address Group" you have created.

  3. An Address Group for Internal Domains is created

  4. Use this on the policy's Sender/Recipient filter:
