When a notable detection is found, consider doing the following:

• Check the detection details through Detections > All Detections > Detection Details including Virtual Analyzer Report to understand the event details.
• If necessary, contact Trend Micro Technical Support to ask further analysis for the detected files providing them which can be downloaded from Detections > All Detections > Detection Details.
• If a detection is considered as an aggressive detection or false positive detection, consider to add the detected objects and/or its conditions into Administration > Monitoring/Scanning > Detection Exceptions or Allow List to ignore such detection.
