Trend Micro Deep Discovery Director (DDD) Cloud version will be undergoing an upgrade deployment and maintenance to apply the latest updates.

Major enhancement for the upgrade deployment:

Enhanced license and bandwidth management feature in Deep Discovery Directory – Network Analytics as a Service (DDD-NAaaS).

Impact during maintenance period

All existing customers with DDD Cloud version will be unable to log on to their DDD Cloud web console during the maintenance period.

Please be advised that the downtime for each provision is expected to be around 3 hours within the maintenance period.
