Views:
  1. Log in to Apex Central.
  2. Go to Policies > Policy Resources > Intrusion Prevention Rules.
  3. Click Configure Exceptions.

  4. Input the IP address and add a Description of the machine to be excluded from Vulnerability Protection scanning.

  5. Click Add + if there are additional entries to be excluded. Maximum number of entries would be 32 IP addresses.
  6. Click Save. A prompt should appear below the table that changes have been successfully made.

  7. Go to Policies > Policy Management.
  8. Select the associated policy.
  9. Go to the Vulnerability Protection column and ensure that it is enabled.

  10. Scroll down and click Deploy.
 
Apex One (On-Premise) customers who need this feature must apply at least Apex One Critical Patch (Build 9233) and Apex Central Patch 2 (Build 5815).
