Between today and December 31, 2026 any issues found on these operating systems will be given best effort support. The Trend Micro Support Team will continue to help customers if issues arise on these platforms. However, given that the operating systems are at end-of-life, no new functionality will be added and there is risk that customers may encounter an issue that cannot be fixed by Trend Micro. If this occurs, customers will be notified and the Trend Micro Support Team will work with the customer to offer acceptable alternatives.
It is recommended that customers using these operating systems perform an upgrade to a vendor-supported operating system.
