To migrate the agents, do the following:

1. Log in to Apex One as a Service.

2. Go to Directories > Product Servers.

   Take note of the URL for Apex One (Mac) as a Service

   

3. Log in to Apex One (On-Premise).
4. Go to Plug-ins.

5. Look for Apex One (Mac) and click Manage Program.

   

6. On the new page, go to Agents > Agent Management.
7. Click on the Machine to be migrated.

8. Go to Manage Agent Tree > Move Agent.

   

9. Enter the following details taken in step 2:

   • Enter the URL as xxxxxx.manage.trendmicro.com
   • Port would be 443

   

10. On the Agent Management page, Moving Status will be listed as “Pending Transfer”.

    

11. Wait for migration to complete.
12. Log in to Apex One as a Service.
13. Go to Directories > Product Servers.
14. Click on the URL for Apex One (Mac) as a Service.

15. On the new window, go to Agents > Agent Management.

    The new agent should be seen on this page.
