- Run the RMAgent installer from %program file%\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility
- Do one of the following:
- Select "I already have a Trend Micro Remote Manager account and I want to install the agent" to continue with the agent installation
- Choose "I do NOT use Trend Micro Remote Manager but I want to sign up" to create a new TMRM account
- Mark "I do NOT want to install Trend Micro Remote Manager Agent at this time" to exit the installer

- OLR RMAgent need to bind by GUID. This can be inputted from the RM setup window on the second radio button.

You may need to create a new customer first, then add a WFBS product from product tree of target customer then get the GUID.

- Select your region, and then Fill in the proxy settings if needed.
From 3.5.1205 build, the protocol will only allow HTTPS with TLS 1.2

- Add a WFBS Standard/Advanced service plan to target customer, it will provide an activation key for WFBS. Copy the key, and input to the WFBS security server web console.

- On the WFBS management console, go to Administration > Product License, click Enter a new code to input the AC code from TMRM console.

- Launch the TMRMagent installer from %program file%\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\.
- Select "I already have a Trend Micro Remote Manager account and I want to install the agent", if you already have a TMRM account.

- Choose Associate with existing License management platforms. This will allow the installation of the RM Agent without needing to provide the account and password.

Autobind function can deploy the RM Agent automatically. Once the LMP activation code from TMRM is provided, WFBS server will trigger a task every midnight (00:00 local time), and follows the conditions below:
- If RMAgent exists, but the TMICAgent.exe service is NOT ready, it will start the service.
- If RMagent does not exist, it will launch RM Agent installation automatically.
Autobind function should meet the following criteria:
- In ofcserver.ini, the value of "PostPaidAC" is 1.

The current RMAgent will identify the server site URL. It is not recommended to change this setting as the connection cannot be established if the URL does not match.
Configuration needs to be setup from firewall settings in order for connection to be successful. You may need to allow the HTTPS port 443 connections to these URLs depending on which DC (data center) RM Agent reports to.
