Enabling this feature significantly improves file copy performance, but may introduce a slight security risk as you are postponing a file scan operation. Apply the Apex One's Best Practice Guide for Malware Protection after enabling this feature.
To enable Deffered Scanning:
- Log on to the Apex One Web Console.
- Go to Agents > Global Agent Settings > Security Settings.
- Under Scan Settings, tick the Enable deferred scanning on file operations option.
