Perform one of the methods below to resolve the issue:
- Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
- Click the link from the received email.

Once the mobile site loads up, tap on the ‘aA’ button on the left side of the URL address bar.
- Tap on Request Mobile Website.
- Once done, go back to the email and click the installation link again.
To disable completely the "Request Desktop Website", follow the steps below:
- Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
- Open up the link from the received email.
- Once the mobile site loads up, tap on the ‘aA’ button on the left side of the URL address bar.
- Tap on Website Settings.
- Toggle OFF the Request Desktop Website option to view the mobile version of the website.

- Once done, go back to the email and click the installation link again.

Make sure to re-access the link from the email received instead of reloading the previous page. Re-accessing the link after requesting mobile website will redirect you to a page asking for authentication code, instead of reloading the security agent installation page for desktop/MacOS device.
