After an investigation with Microsoft, we have found that due to the UWF design, the Apex One Security Agent cannot co-exist with this feature enabled.

When you attempt to install an Apex One agent on an environment where Unified Write Filter (UWF) is enabled, the UWF may cause issues such as preventing the installation, disk corruption, and the Apex One may not start regardless of exclusions being set.
