To resolve this issue:

If you are using Deep Security Software follow the steps below, if you are using Cloud One - Workload Security, you can skip to step 4. 

1. Login to your Manager Console and go to the Administration Tab.
2. On the left-hand side of the console, navigate to Updates > Software.
3. Click "Check for updates" to download the latest Kernel Support Package(KSP)

   

   Note:**Alternately, you can download the KSP from this link and import manually here

4. Depending on the Linux OS your are using, verify that the following KSP are imported, minimum version 20.0.0-2967. Go to the Administration Tab > Updates > Software > Local

5. Restart the Deep Security Agent Service (ds_agent) service for the KSP to take effect right away
