To resolve this issue:
If you are using Deep Security Software follow the steps below, if you are using Cloud One - Workload Security, you can skip to step 4.
- Login to your Manager Console and go to the Administration Tab.
- On the left-hand side of the console, navigate to Updates > Software.
- Click "Check for updates" to download the latest Kernel Support Package(KSP)
Note:**Alternately, you can download the KSP from this link and import manually here
- Depending on the Linux OS your are using, verify that the following KSP are imported, minimum version 20.0.0-2967. Go to the Administration Tab > Updates > Software > Local
