- Log on to the Apex One web console.
- Go to Administration > Settings > Inactive Agents.
- Select Enable automatic removal of inactive agents.
- Select how many days should pass before Apex One considers the Security Agent inactive.
- Click Save.
- Log on to the Apex Central web console.
- Go to Directories > Product Servers and then click the link to open the Apex One as a Service console.
- Go to Administration > Settings > Inactive Agents.
- Select Enable automatic removal of inactive agents.
- Select how many days should pass before Apex One considers the Security Agent inactive.
- Click Save.
