What does this mean for existing customers using these endpoints?
Trend Micro is monitoring the usage and engaging directly with customers to transition them from their legacy account to a new Cloud One account. Once updated, customers can access these same APIs using Cloud One's regional service endpoints. These endpoints are formatted as https://{SERVICE}.{REGION}.cloudone.trendmicro.com/api and provide customers improved latency and reliability with API calls.
I am currently using a legacy Cloud One account, how do I access these APIs after the end of support date?
Trend Micro Cloud One will be releasing an account upgrade experience, allowing any customer on a legacy Cloud One account to update their account. This update does not affect any existing security deployment or configuration within your account. Once the account has been updated, customers can access these same APIs using Cloud One's regional service endpoints, which provide improved latency and reliability with API calls.
If you'd like to update your account before the public experience is available, please contact Trend Micro at cloudone_account_upgrade@trendmicro.com to have your account updated.
